Even as the next season is on the cusp of restarting for some nations, with Europe’s finest players back in action, another list of players has caught the eye of the supporters.
The Premier League is all set to resume later this week and transfer activity has certainly brought a whole lot of joy and upsets in equal measure across clubs.
At Manchester United, though, the new arrivals of Raphael Varane and Jadon Sancho are the one that is most anticipated, even as the continued brilliance of the likes of Harry Maguire and Bruno Fernandes is expected. Needless to say, the hype is on.
However, when it comes to FIFA 22, the hype may have already been cut short.
As per a leaked clip, United have as formidable a squad on the much-anticipated edition of the game as they do in actuality. Therein, the overall squad rating of 86 is no surprise when the individual ratings of some players are scrutinized.

The leak predictably grants high rating to new arrival Jadon Sancho, who is at 88. Raphael Varane’s experience makes him the backbone of the backline with a rating of 86, even as Luke Shaw’s excellent season sees him earn a definitive 85 to Harry Maguire’s 84.
However, the top rating undoubtedly goes to Bruno Fernandes with a commanding 89. Joining him around that region are Paul Pogba and Marcus Rashford with ratings of 87 and 86 respectively.
The entire starting XI’s leaked ratings are as follows-
David De Gea: 85
Aaron Wan-Bissaka: 84
Harry Maguire: 84
Raphael Varane: 86
Luke Shaw: 85
Paul Pogba: 87
Bruno Fernandes: 89
Scott McTominay: 82
Jadon Sancho: 88
Edinson Cavani: 85
Marcus Rashford: 86
It is a promising lineup and one that is incomplete given that the Red Devils have equally appealing prospects on the bench as well.
It will be interesting to see how the side is able to perform both in the reviews of the gaming fraternity as well as in the echelons of Premier League football going forward.
