Tottenham Hotspur are cruising towards Champions League qualification thanks to their dynamic duo of Harry Kane and Son Heung-min, who combined to great effect yet again to beat Aston Villa 4-0 on Saturday, registering Spurs’ fourth Premier League win on the bounce in the process.

Antonio Conte strengthened Spurs’ attack in January by adding Dejan Kulusevski. The loan signing from Juventus has hit the ground running, helping his side overtake neighbours Arsenal in the top four race.

Now, Antonio Conte might add another lethal forward to his frontline to close the gap on their another London rivals, Chelsea.

Former Manchester United striker Carlos Tevez is set to meet Conte at Tottenham’s training ground next week regarding a potential return to England, as per Italian outlet Corriere dello Sport (via the Sun). The Argentine played under Conte during his spell at Juventus.

Tevez, 38, is available on a free transfer, as he’s without a club since leaving Boca Juniors in the summer of 2021. He has also been linked with a move to the MLS.

Tevez, who won the Premier League title twice with United and once with Manchester City, has plenty of experience of scoring in the English league, and could prove to be an interesting squad option for Conte.

However, it’s very early to make too much of his potential meeting with Conte and his coaching staff, as he also visited a number of Italian clubs in recent days.
