Star player accepts £9m deal to join Manchester United
Manchester United are understood to be in the driving seat to sign Kim Min-Jae despite interest from Newcastle and Paris Saint-Germain.
The Red Devils are prioritising strengthening their attack and midfield this summer, having already opened talks with Chelsea for the signing of Mason Mount. With Tottenham Hotspur reluctant to negotiate for Harry Kane, United have also looked at Atalanta striker Rasmus Højlund.
The plan, as per multiple reports in England, at Old Trafford is to bring in a new goalscorer and add greater physicality in midfield, and then focus on sales to generate funds for other areas. Ten Hag wants a new defender and United are monitoring Kim Min-Jae and Axel Disasi.

Phil Jones, Axel Tuanzebe, and Di’Shon Bernard have all been released by the club, but Ten Hag will have to sell a centre-back to sign Kim Min-Jae.
At this stage, United have not received any offers for Harry Maguire or Victor Lindelof. However, as per Fabrizio Romano, Saudi Arabia clubs are insisting to tempt David de Gea despite being aware of the ‘verbal agreement at the final stages’ between the Spaniard and United.
