Manchester United star set to leave club if Erik ten Hag remains manager

Jadon Sancho is adored at Borussia Dortmund but he still wants to make it at Manchester United, albeit without Erik ten Hag in the picture.
The silky winger finished his season at Dortmund on a disappointing note, as the Bundesliga outfit tasted defeat against Real Madrid in the Champions League. However, the fact they managed to reach Wembley for the final is in itself a huge achievement.
Sancho was a key part of that special run and Dortmund certainly recognize that. The Englishman returned to Germany in January on a six-month loan deal but now question marks hang over his future, heading into the summer transfer window.
Jadon Sancho expected to leave Manchester United if Erik ten Hag stays
Borussia Dortmund are understood to be keen on signing Jadon Sancho permanently but it appears they don’t have the financial might to match Manchester United’s asking price, expected to be in excess of £50 million.
As such, at this stage, Sancho will have to return to his parent club United until a final decision is made on his future.
According to the Mirror, the 24-year-old is “reluctant to give up” on his United career. Still, not many see him showing his dribbling skills and creative genius under Erik ten Hag, with whom he had a public spat last year.

Sancho and Ten Hag couldn’t fix their rift, leading to the former’s January exit. Sancho is willing to give another try at Old Trafford, but only if the Dutch coach leaves this summer.
The United gaffer’s future is also far from certain, with the club’s hierarchy thought to be exploring many options before making a final decision on their preferred man at the helm.
Should Ten Hag stay at the Theatre of Dreams, expect the talented star to leave in the summer transfer window.
