Manchester United have already begun pursuing their next key target for this summer window, wasting no time whatsoever, as per reports.
The Red Devils, having successfully overtaken Real Madrid, have announced the signing of Leny Yoro from Lille. The Premier League outfit has reportedly agreed an initial £52 million fee for the defensive sensation, with add-ons potentially taking the figure up to £58.9 million.
Winning this tough transfer race was an incredible feat by itself, and it earned the new Manchester United hierarchy ample plaudits from fans and professionals alike.
But it appears Dan Ashworth and co. are only just getting started, with latest reports indicating they have already moved on to signing their next key transfer target.
Manchester United resume Manuel Ugarte pursuit
According to Sky reporter Florian Plettenberg, Manchester United are now continuing to push for PSG’s Manuel Ugarte, without taking any breather following the Yoro pursuit.
The 23-year-old central midfielder remains high on the Reds’ summer wishlist. Furthermore, Ugarte himself is keen on moving and becoming a part of the new project at the Theatre of Dreams.
The report adds that no agreement is in place between the two European giants just yet, but talks are active and ongoing.

With the Uruguay international struggling to fit into PSG manager Luis Enrique’s philosophy, coupled with Erik ten Hag’s need to bolster the defensive side of his midfield, this move appears to be one that could please all parties.
By the looks of it, the only thing needed is for the Mancunian and Parisian clubs to agree on a transfer fee.
