Done Deal: Moises Caicedo Will Be A Manchester United Player
Independiente del Valle midfielder Moises Caicedo is set to join Manchester United, according to reports.
Manchester United signed Facundo Pellistri from Uruguayan outfit Penarol in the summer window, and are about to add another highly-rated South American talent to their ranks come January.
According to Futbol Bohemio via utdreport, the Red Devils have reached an agreement with the representatives of Independiente del Valle and the player’s agents, and are looking to secure the signing before the new Premier League contract rules are applied.
At 19-years-old, Caicedo is already a regular for the Ecuador national team and is one of Independiente del Valle’s most important players – a sign that he’ll be ready for a first-team role if he arrives at Old Trafford in January.
Being reported that Moisés Caicedo’s transfer to Manchester United is a done deal.

In recent games for the Ecuadorian side, the energetic midfielder has featured in a box-to-box midfield role, but due to his pressing and defensive awareness, Caicedo is reliable enough to protect his side’s backline as a sole defensive midfielder as well.
Considering Manchester United’s hectic schedule, the signing of a versatile talent like Caicedo would be a smart coup for the Premier League giants.
Once the transfer is completed, Moises Caicedo will become the second Ecuadorian, after Antonio Valencia, to represent Manchester United.
