Manchester United look close to concluding a deal with Paul Pogba. A top Juventus source has told The Sun: “A deal with United is done.”

According to the news source, Pogba’s agent, Mino Raiola, will earn a whopping £24 million from the deal, and Juventus will receive a total of £92 million for the 23-year-old.

The Italian Champions have also agreed to pay Mino Raiola a £4 million agent’s fee for his work in the whole saga.

Manchester United had their first two bids for Pogba rejected, as they assumed Juventus would take care of Mino Raiola’s fee. But, the Italians had other ideas, and instead sent United’s offer back.

However, it seems that all the formalities have now been ironed out, and all that is left is for Pogba is to undergo a medical examination before he can complete his return to Old Trafford – which, hopefully, won’t end like it did four years ago.

Pogba is supposedly Jose Mourinho’s fourth and final signing of this window, and has been his number one target since his arrival in Manchester. The Special One mentioned that he is looking for four players this summer, in order to balance his squad. He also claimed that the United executives have done a great job so far in finding the first three.

The Red Devils have already secured the signatures of Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Eric Bailly, and Zlatan Ibrahimović. Mourinho has spent a total of £56 million this transfer window to sign these three top names.

The Portuguese manager will now take his total spending to a massive £168 million after Pogba re-joins Manchester United – still less than what the club has spent in the last three years.

Pogba left Manchester United four years ago, for a mere £800,000, and will now return for more than a hundred times that. His reported price tag has agitated many United fans, including Paul Scholes, who mentioned that “Pogba is not worth that much at the moment.”
