Juventus Rejected €90m Bid For Paulo Dybala
Paul Dybala recently confirmed that Juventus rejected an offer for him. The offer was believed to have come from Barcelona, with the Catalan club offering a massive €90 million.
Dybala, 22, is highly regarded as one of the most promising talents in Italian football. He joined Juventus last season for a fee believed to have reached €40 million, and has since made 55 first-team appearances, scoring 27 goals.
He primarily plays as a forward, although he can be tested as a winger or an attacking midfielder.

Due to his immense talent and versatility, he was constantly linked with a move away from Turin last summer, although the club remained unwilling to let go of the Argentine, and even rejected a massive €90 million bid from Barcelona.
Dybala revealed to So Foot Club that Juventus did receive an offer for his services, however, he was glad to confirm that it was since rejected.
He said: “Juventus rejected an offer for me [€90 million from Barcelona] and I have to thank Juventus because it means they believe in me.
“It is difficult to reject these kinds of offers. I am happy to stay, I am playing at one of the best clubs in the world and if I’d ever decide to leave, it’d be for the club’s good.”

Dybala has already become a prominent name in Juventus’ starting eleven, and a move to Barcelona may have hindered his development, considering that he would have to compete with the likes of Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez for a starting spot.
The 22-year-old Argentine has been touted to become ‘the next Lionel Messi,’ but he will be much better off staying in Italy, rather than making the switch to Spain.
Dybala has scored 4 goals in 9 appearances this season, as Juventus look to retain the Serie A title and possibly win the UEFA Champions League.
