Real Madrid and Chelsea Target Paulo Dybala Provides Contract Update
Juventus striker Paulo Dybala has revealed that he is close to signing a new contract with the Turin-based club amidst a strong interest from Real Madrid, Chelsea and Manchester United.
Besides the aforementioned clubs, Daily Mirror has reported that Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City are also interested in the striker and are considering him as a potential replacement Sergio Aguero.
The Argentine striker himself said that his future as a Citizen lies completely on the heads of Manchester City, and there is a slight probability that he might be sold in the summer with Real Madrid being a reported suitor.
Furthermore, it was reported by Express Sport that Chelsea boss Antonio Conte watched the 23-year-old striker during Juventus’ 1-0 win over Inter earlier this month, while Real Madrid have always been linked with him.
But it seems like all these speculations will go down the drain as the striker himself has denied all the rumours and has went on to suggest that he will sign a new contract with the Old Lady soon.
“We’ve very close to the renewal,” Dybala told Sky Sport Italia.

“There’s very little missing. My agent has to come to Italy to talk about the final things (with Giuseppe Marotta) and I think that soon there will be this meeting.
“They have to come to an agreement, but our intentions are there.”
This surely comes as a huge blow for the clubs like Real Madrid and Manchester City, as their respective attacking force hasn’t been that prolific this term. Karim Benzema is losing his form by the season and Aguero’s future was framed in doubts as soon as Jesus arrived at the Etihad and now it seems like the clubs will have to look elsewhere to pursue their search.
