Pep Guardiola Will Allow Joe Hart To Join Manchester United For £30m

There is no denying that United and City very rarely sell players given the fierce rivalry between the two clubs. However, if reports are to be believed, then Joe Hart is set to become the first City goalkeeper to join United in 21 years, but if the Red Devils match their £30m valuation.

Hart has recently been linked with the 13-time Premier League Champions, thanks to David De Gea’s well known desire to leave Old Trafford this summer.

After being told by Pep Guardiola that he was no longer his first choice at the Etihad last summer, Hart joined Serie A outfit Torino on a season-long loan deal before the transfer window closed.

He hasn’t proved his worth in Turin, as he managed to keep just six clean sheets in 32 games, and moreover, none of his shutouts have been against the eight sides above Torino in the league table. In fact, the Serie A club has already stated that they could not afford to sign him permanently.

However, reports from England claim that Pep Guardiola is also not willing to keep the England international at the Etihad, despite Claudio Bravo struggling to adapt to his life in the Premier League since the summer switch from Barcelona. Therefore, the Spaniard is more than prepared to do business with United, but only if their bitter rivals match the £30m valuation.

Although Hart is being deemed as surplus to their requirements, City want to charge as much as they can for the England’s No.1.

“Nothing will be ruled out with regards to Joe,” a City source said. “But we know that there will be an interest from both home and abroad and we won’t accept anything less than the true market value.”

There are a number of clubs, including Everton, Chelsea, and Liverpool, who have expressed their interest in Hart, but the 30-year-old has made it clear that he is looking to stay in the North-West of England, and is very open to a move to City’s inter-city rivals.

If Joe Hart signs for the Red Devils, then he would become the first City goalkeeper to move to United since Tony Coton made a £500,000 switch back in 1996.

Why go for a player who is surplus to requirements at City? Stop that nonsense and look for a better option like Oblak.
