Manchester United Fans Let Themselves Down With Offensive ‘Hillsborough’ Chants
Liverpool vs. Manchester United has been one of the biggest rivalries in not only English, but World Football. The rivalry has had its fair share of exciting matches and classic moments, but it has also produced a numbers of shameful events in the past – The racism incident between Suarez and Evra, the numerous fights between both the players and the fans, etc.
However, this rivalry reached a new low this Thursday, when United’s Away fans repeatedly mocked the Liverpool fans about the Hillsborough and Heysel stadium disasters.
Here’s a video of those offensive chants, and twitter reactions to it:

Stain on that half was the utterly disgraceful chants from the away end. And no, it was not a minority. And yes, no place for it anywhere.

Manchester United fans let themselves down spectacularly with that chant. Plenty of saddened head shaking in the press box.

United fans chanting "The S*n was right. You're murderers"
They've shown their standards right there. The spirit of sportsmanship is dying— LFC 360 (@LFC_360) March 10, 2016
I'm Ashamed of the fans who are singing about Hillsborough. Just want to say sorry to any Liverpool fans I don't take any pride in this.
