Mourinho Planning A Triple Raid On Spurs In The Summer
With latest reports coming in from Daily Star, Jose Mourinho apparently looks set to raid Tottenham Hotspur in the summer, as he plans to bring three of their superstars to Old Trafford in the transfer window in order to create a team which will challenge for the Premier League crown next season.
Eric Dier, Kyle Walker, and Danny Rose are the targets the Portuguese manager has his eyes set on, and with a pledge to double their wages to more than £100k, he might have a strong case of convincing the lads to put pen to paper.
However, the blue half of Manchester also has its eyes set on Walker and Rose, and Guardiola vs Mourinho will be an intense battle waiting to take place off the pitch.
Walker’s relationship with Pochettino is widely known to be weak, but the manager will try his best to keep hold of the other two involved, as the club looks to take on a season in a new stadium as their home ground and hopefully win the title after coming desperately close on the previous two occasions.
Walker, Rose and Dier are all valued at £40mn, £30mn, and £40mn respectively, and they are prices Ed Woodward can easily match, as he looks to turn the Red Devils into a title-winning side all over again.
Manchester City also seem likely to go after the Tottenham right-back ,as their own primary full-back and club veteran Pablo Zabaleta is set to leave after serving them for more than 9 years, leaving a gap Pep will be eager to quickly fill.
