Manchester United fans have a huge reason to be excited ahead of their crucial Europa League final against Ajax next week.

The Red Devils are set to finish out of the top 4 in the Premier League, and need to lift the Europa League title to move into the Champions League next season. However, they have a number of star players injured for this game, and Swedish star Zlatan Ibrahimovic is one of them.

The 36-year-old still stands as the top goal scorer for the Red Devils this season, having picked up a knee injury almost a month ago and being sidelined ever since.

The former Barcelona and PSG striker flew to the US to get a surgery on his knee, and is set to miss the finals. His Manchester United future is also in the air, as he will be out of a contract after the end of the current season.

However, Zlatan has now given the United fans something to cheer about, as he revealed that he has returned to training already – in a swimming pool, that is.

The Swede is not ready for the finals next week, but he is certainly thinking about his club, as he posted a video of himself working out in a pool, wearing the Manchester United gear.

The Swedish international, who arrived at Old Trafford on a free transfer, has been one of the most productive forwards in Europe this season, and he has already helped the club win two trophies in his first season in England.

The veteran forward has been a huge loss for the club since his injury, and the Red Devils’ faithful will hope that he has it in him to help United for another season.
