Dani Alves’ Move To Man City May Lead Matteo Darmian To Juventus

Dani Alves is on his way out of Juventus after just one season with the Italian giants, the Brazilian is set to join his former coach Pep Guardiola at Manchester City.
Despite having a successful season with Juventus, where the Italian club won the Serie A and made it into the Champions League final, the Brazilian full-back has decided to move onto a new challenge.
The 34-year-old has another year left on his contract with Juventus, but the defender is keen to join his former boss at Manchester City, Goal.com understands.
Pep Guardiola, who has already conducted a mass clear-out within his squad, looks at Alves as the perfect wing-back to replace the released Pablo Zabaleta.
The Brazil international was menacing going forward in a season where he assisted 6 and scored 6 goals. The defender is reported to have signed a 2-year deal at the Etihad, which will earn him £85,000-per-week.
Meanwhile, Juventus have already identified the player to replace the outgoing Dani Alves, as the Serie A club is looking to bring the Manchester United full-back Matteo Darmian back to his native country.

The Italian international has largely struggled to get enough playing time at Old Trafford since his arrival in 2015. Therefore, he is being seen as a very realistic target by Juventus, as the player won’t warrant a hefty fee because of the player’s lack of involvement at his current club.
The 27-year-old’s previous experience of playing in the Serie A, where he played for Torino, is also seen as a plus point by the Old Lady outfit.
