Manchester United are showing an increasing interest in Fulham teenager Ryan Sessegnon, according to reports.

The starlet has been drawing a lot of attention from several top clubs in the Premier League recently, and is one of the brightest young talents in England at the moment.

Fulham are holding firm on their stance that the player is not for sale though, and have warned the big guns that it would take a lot of money to make the club even think about selling one of their prized assets.

Sessegnon has repeatedly been watched by Tottenham Hotspur in particular, who are said to have held an interest in the 17-year-old for little over a year now.

However, according to Sky Sports HQ‘s sources, Fulham are set to demand quite a bit for their star, and interested parties are likely to back away from a deal if this is the case. Reports suggest that they are even prepared to turn down an offer of around £25 million.

Manchester United are in the market for a wide player themselves, and Sessegnon is a player who can operate anywhere down the left flank.

Sky Sports News has also revealed that an inside source hinted at the possibility of United signing him while letting him remain at Craven Cottage on loan to continue his development, which has been going superbly well so far.

Despite only being 17, the youngster has already played 26 games in the Sky Bet Championship, and is currently the talk of the town. He played a part in England’s superb win at the U19 Euros this summer, and clubs will no doubt attempt to test Fulham’s resolve by joining the bidding war for him.

However, Fulham and their owners have made it clear that they have no intentions of letting Sessegnon leave before the end of the transfer window, and United and Spurs face a difficult task on their hands to convince the owners otherwise.
