OFFICIAL: Dimitar Berbatov Signs For Kerala Blasters
Indian Super League outfit Kerala Blasters have completed the signing of star striker Dimitar Berbatov.
The former Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United superstar joins the ISL outfit on a one-year contract, with his wage packet rumoured to be around the region of ₹7.5 crores, which makes him the third highest paid player in Indian football history.
Kerala Blasters announced their latest marquee signing via their official twitter account, and their post read: “Golden touch, turns like a dream & a deadly finish. The Bulgarian Hitman is set to take ISL by storm.”

The 36-year-old, who played for Fulham, Monaco, and PAOK Salonika since departing from the Theatre of Dreams, has now arrived in India to take the whole country by storm.
The all-time Bulgarian top goal-scorer is also set to reunite with two of his former Manchester United colleagues at the Keralan outfit, in the form of ex-Red Devils’ defender Wes Brown, and former head coach Rene Meulensteen.
