The silky midfielder has shown some of the most mind boggling touches and turns, leaving opponents for dead, over the years. The Real Madrid man is peaking at the right time to become a crucial member for his club and country.

Not so long ago, Isco’s future at Real was in doubt, when even the fans felt that the Spaniard should be sold over James Rodriguez. However, it was James who was eventually loaned out to Bayern Munich, with Isco staying put. The decision proved to a master stroke, as the Spaniard has found the consistency which was missing in his game.
Isco was always labelled as a talented player, but there were question marks over his impact on a regular basis. The 25-year-old has now found the rhythm about his game that is being applauded everywhere. A string of brilliant performances for Real Madrid and Spain have brought Isco at the centre of world football.
Isco’s midfield masterpiece against Italy in the world cup qualifier has got the buzz. The former Malaga man dominated and even humiliated, at times, a world class midfielder like Marco Verratti.
Yet, the Italian midfielder was full of praise for Isco, as he said: “I suffered a lot against Isco. I was taken aback by his performance. Not even Messi has come close to that level. When I saw his nutmeg, I felt like standing up and applauding too.”
