Mourinho Wants To Sign Premier League’s Best Player In A Cosmic £170m Deal

Jose Mourinho wishes to bring in Tottenham’s super striker, Harry Kane, in a massive £170m deal.
Mourinho, who is a well known admirer of the 24-year-old, wants to pair up Kane with Romelu Lukaku up-front, as he believes the duo could help Manchester United regain their stature in both England and Europe.
However, this won’t be the first time the Red Devils would pursue the striker, as two years ago, Spurs chairman, Daniel Levy was offered Javier Hernandez in addition to £40 million in exchange for the English forward.

The bid was rebuffed by Levy, as he suggested Kane’s value could surpass the record transfer fee of £77 million received by the club from Real Madrid for the services of their former talisman, Gareth Bale.
And now, as per The Sun, United are once again preparing a swoop for Kane in a gigantic £170 million deal. It was also reported that Tottenham are determined to snub any bids for their star players, especially Kane, and are devising a massive new contract for the forward that would shoot his wages up to £150,000-a-week.

But the Red Devils remain keen to bring the England international to Old Trafford, and could break the Premier League transfer record in the process.
An inside United source said: “The club had asked about Kane’s availability a few years back. They were told by Spurs there was no chance. Jose is a big fan and is very interested. Zlatan Ibrahimovic will move on next summer, more than likely, freeing up a load of cash they plan to use.
“The problem for United is the money could get to a ridiculous level. It’s going to be more than Kylian Mbappe. It’s money they can lay their hands on but it will be interesting to see what Levy’s stance on the whole thing will be.”
