Decisive Decision: Mourinho Set To Take Big Risk vs City
It looks like Belgian midfielder Marouane Fellaini is all set to return from injury and have a say in the Manchester derby on Sunday.
The star player returns at a valuable time for the club given the suspension of Paul Pogba for three games, and adds a cushion for Ander Herrera and Nemanja Matic in midfield.
The former Everton man has not played since limping off with a knee injury in United’s 1-0 win over Brighton two weeks ago. Fellaini’s physical presence and height will be a great factor for Jose Mourinho’s side in the derby.
According to Mirror, Fellaini trained with his United teammates all week, alongside defender Phil Jones and forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

This, in turn, has come at a good time for the club, after having three crucial players back besides giving a healthy selection headache for the Portuguese.
A day earlier, Mourinho confirmed in his press conference that Zlatan and Jones are fit to be available for selection, but Fellaini would have to wait. He had stated: “Zlatan is available, Jones is available, Fellaini I have to wait until tomorrow.”
But now, it is expected that Fellaini will have a decisive say in the game, and it is up to Jose to include him from the start or use him as a substitute.
