Lionel Messi Wants Barcelona To Sign Four New Players
Barcelona have easily been one of best teams in Europe since the start of this season, and are yet to taste defeat so far.
Most of the credit is attributed to new boss Ernesto Valverde, who has tactically revived his side and done some smart business back in the summer.
Paulinho, who was named the worst signing of 2017, defied all odds and criticism to become one of La Liga’s best midfielders. And whilst club record signing Ousmane Dembele has hardly enjoyed his career at Barca due to injury, he is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the club.

However, Lionel Messi is believed not to have been satisfied with the talent at the Nou Camp, and thus, wants to see new names amongst the Blaugrana squad.

According to claims via Mirror, the club talisman wants to see four players, all midfielders, added to the roster.
Mesut Özil, who has been running down his contract with inconsistent rumours of departure and commitment, is said to be a prime candidate in Messi’s plan, alongside United stars Ander Herrera and Juan Mata.
Furthermore, Leon Goretzka, who had been reported to have already agreed to join Bayern Munich, is the last man the Argentine wants his side to sign as of now.
Özil and Goretzka have been very popular names in the transfer market recently, with several European elites competing for their services. On the other hand, the departure of the Red Devils’ fan-favourite duo appears likely.
