What Arsenal Fans Are Saying About Sanchez Following 4-1 Win vs Crystal Palace
Arsenal have been preparing for life after the departure of Alexis Sanchez, and it has certainly been paying off.
The Gunners had their way with a struggling Crystal Palace in a wonderful display of possession football that ended 4-1 in the favour of the hosts.
Goals from Nacho Monreal, Laurent Koscielny, Alex Iwobi, and Alexandre Lacazette secured all three points for their side, whereas Luka Milivojevic’s late half-volley turned out be a mere consolation goal.

Nevertheless, rather than the win and the masterclass performance Mesut Özil put on at the Emirates, the Gooners were focused much more on their side’s amazing response to Sanchez’s imminent exit.
And alongside deeming the German playmaker considerably more important than the former Barcelona man, some of the lot managed to word together their hilarious reactions to their almost-former club talisman’s absence.

Even Lineker managed to join the banter:
Arsenal are struggling to cope without Sanchez. It’s taken them 14 minutes to score 3.

If you listen really closely you can hear writers across the country deleting their "Life After Alexis" articles from their drafts.

Though a single match hardly cements the Londoners’ future as a secure one, it is definitely a confidence boost they needed badly to try and make it a reality.
And with Henrikh Mkhitaryan’s arrival at Islington looking imminent, and talks to sign Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang heading in the right way after Dortmund confirmed an official bid from Arséne Wenger’s side, no one associated with the club would be worrying too much.
