Manchester United drew 0-0 against West Ham United away in the Premier League, and one player that got a rare start was left-back Luke Shaw, as the Mancunians sealed second place.

Shaw had a good game against the Hammers, and kept his shape in defence as well as while going forward in making the surging runs.

United played three central defenders with Shaw and Antonio Valencia as wing-backs, despite the Englishman, who made his 10th league appearance of the season, sharing a weird relationship with his manager.

There were instances when he was lashed out at, and at times, he also got praise from Jose. But on the midweek match day, an incident occurred when Mourinho shouted at Shaw from the touchline. This, in turn, has angered United fans, who took on social media to vent out their feelings.

According to noted football journalist Samuel Luckhurst of Manchester Evening News, Jose raced to the touchline and gave the player a rollicking.

Shaw went far forward and took an aim with a shot, and in turn, angered Mourinho, who wanted him to keep his position and not wander that far forward.

This reaction from Jose got the fans to mention the failures of Valencia, who too ventured forward, and his final ball with a cross only ended up hitting West Ham players.

Shaw defended well towards the end of the game, and drew applause from Jose on that note.

So not all that bad, right?
