REVEALED: Cristiano Ronaldo’s Possible Shirt Number At Juventus
The footballing world has found itself in shock and awe after the stunning revelation that Cristiano Ronaldo has decided to move on from Real Madrid after nine years, choosing Juventus as the destination to further his playing career.
The deal is estimated to be in the region of £88m, and is somewhat similar to the amount paid by Real Madrid for the services of the Portuguese star in 2009, when he moved from Manchester United.
The deal has been completed, with a medical soon to take place, and with the formalities all but done, fans have a number of questions regarding this monumental transfer.
At 33 years old, many are questioning whether the right move was made by the Italian giants to sign Ronaldo, but if his current form is anything to go by, he still has plenty left in the tank.

Ronaldo has worn the coveted number 7 shirt throughout his time at Manchester United, and wore it for much of his tenure at Real Madrid as well.
However, Colombian winger Juan Cuadrado currently lays claim to the shirt number at Juventus, and could have the last laugh as Ronaldo makes his way in.
Formerly, Cristiano also wore the number 9 shirt for a brief period at Real Madrid, at a time when Raul Gonzalez wore the number 7, so he certainly wouldn’t mind having to switch for a certain time frame.

As a youngster coming through the ranks, Ronaldo also donned the number 28 at his boyhood club Sporting Lisbon, but was quickly picked up by Sir Alex Ferguson and handed the number 7 because of his supreme talents.
With that kind of background, it looks as though Ronaldo may well be given preference, and Cuadrado might need to make way for one of world football’s living legends.
