Man United Legend Explains Why United Should Sell Paul Pogba
Paul Pogba has been grabbing the headlines all summer, first with his heroics at the World Cup, and then via speculation of a move to Barcelona.
The comments he made post Manchester United‘s win over Leicester City at Old Trafford in the 2018-19 season opener also got a lot of eyebrows up.
With situation between the player and manager Jose Mourinho being rough last season, Pogba’s comments showed that he is still unhappy at the club.
The Frenchman was stated to have buried the hatchet with Jose, but things aren’t rosy yet, despite the Portuguese handing him the captain’s armband in the Premier League opener.

Now, this whole situation has got former Manchester United player Paul Ince miffed at Pogba, and he has an advice for the club and the manager. As per the report in The Sun, Ince has lashed out at the star midfielder, and questioned his manner of conducting himself.
“He’s been a nightmare. As a player, irrespective of whether you’re happy or unhappy, there are ways to conduct yourself,” said the Red Devils’ legend.

“He captained United in their opening game of the season against Leicester, played brilliantly, and then came out with those quotes afterwards. I really can’t understand why he’d do that other than to get attention and set tongues wagging.”
Ince went on to add: “If he’s so desperate to instigate a move away from Old Trafford, then he should just go.
“There is no player bigger than a club – especially not Manchester United. United can’t go on like this for the rest of the season. It’s not all about him. It’s about the full team and the fans.”
United play Brighton this weekend, and Pogba is once again expected to lead the side in the absence of Antonio Valencia. Can he replicate the form against Leicester?
