What Pogba Said About Ronaldo Before Champions League Match
Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has been going gaga over Cristiano Ronaldo and his ability so score goals freely.
The Red Devils will be facing Italian club Juventus in Turin in the return leg of their Group H encounter of the UEFA Champions League.
The previous leg saw the Mancunians lose 0-1 on their home turf, and the Portuguese forward impressed upon his return to Old Trafford, as he set Paulo Dybala up for the only goal of the match.
Pogba has gone on to joke about Ronaldo’s ability, saying the Juventus star “scores as easily as he drinks water”. The 33-year-old has made a fine start to his Juve career, netting seven goals in 13 games in all competitions, whilst also bagging 6 assists.

Ahead of the highly anticipated clash later tonight, Pogba has admitted that it is great for his team to have signed a player that scores so frequently.
“I think he is very happy to be here and I think it’s a great thing for Juventus to have a player who scores as easily as he drinks water,” said Pogba.

The Frenchman then singled out three of the players he rates as the best, stating: “Playing alongside great players like Ronaldo, Messi and Neymar is always a pleasure. Today he is with Juventus.”
Juventus enter the clash in Turin with 9 points from 3 matches, whereas United have managed just a win and a draw in their continental fixtures, and are five points behind. A win tonight will see Juve qualify for the round of 16.
