Gary Neville Reveals His One And Only Problem With Paul Pogba

Paul Pogba has been simply phenomenal since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took over as the new interim manager of Manchester United.

The Frenchman has bagged 4 goals and 4 assists in the 4 appearances he has made under the Norwegian so far, and he looks set to follow the same path in the games to come.

Pogba did struggle in the recent game against Newcastle United, mainly because he was especially nullified through the Magpies’ strong midfield pivot, who barely provided the 25-year-old with space to breathe.

He still managed to impact the fixture, however, and almost got on the scoresheet late in the game, only to hit the side netting.

After the game, Gary Neville, who has been one of the biggest critics of Manchester United‘s Player of the Month for December, admitted that he only has one problem with the star midfielder.

“Everyone always concentrates on Paul Pogba,” the decorated full-back explained (via Sky Sports). “I only have one problem with Paul Pogba and that was his post, which I think disrespected José Mourinho in losing his job.

“We know it didn’t come from the club, we know it didn’t come from Adidas, we know it came from Paul Pogba, so my view personally is that was a massive disappointment to disrespect somebody that’s lost their job.”

The post may very well have been a marketing gimmick to begin with, as Pogba was seen re-uploading the same picture to announce the launch of his own brand of emojis, the Pogmojis.
