It is Chelsea vs Manchester United at Stamford Bridge in the FA Cup, in an encounter that will be a massive test for the two gaffers.

Both Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Maurizio Sarri have seen woes in their recent games, and the domestic encounter will present itself as a welcome opportunity to change the path of things.

Let us have a look at the lineups that the two teams may deploy for the late encounter:

Manchester United

Their Champions League clash against PSG held numerous negatives, the most worrying one being that attacking duo Anthony Martial and Jesse Lingard may be ruled out for upto three weeks.

This is in addition to Alexis Sanchez also being in some doubt given that the Chilean was nursing a knock during the UCL game, wherein he performed poorly.

Apart from the two forwards, Antonio Valencia and Matteo Darmian are still out with injuries, but Rojo could be fit enough to play a role. Solskjaer also revealed that youth talents Mason Greenwood, Tahith Chong, and Angel Gomes are in contention for the game.

Goalkeeper: Romero
Defenders: Dalot, Bailly, Lindelof, Shaw
Midfielders: Herrera, Matic
Forwards: Mata, Pogba, Gomes; Rashford

Formation: 4-2-3-1

Chelsea

Sarri is mulling over the fitness of Danny Drinkwater, Gary Cahill, and Ruben Loftus-Cheek for the game, while Antonio Rudiger, Charly Musonda, and Marco van Ginkel remain relatively long-term absentees.

Given how the Manchester City game went, the side is likely to be shaped and fielded as inspired by the one that won 2-1 against Malmo in the Europa League.

As of such, the presence of Eden Hazard and Gonzalo Higuain and how to incorporate them into the starting lineup will be a tough choice for Sarri to make for the big game.

Goalkeeper: Arrizabalaga
Defenders: Azpilicueta, Rudiger, Luiz, Emerson
Midfielders: Kante, Jorginho, Barkley
Forwards: Willian, Higuain, Hazard

Formation: 4-3-3
