Zidane Gives Warning To Paul Pogba About Real Madrid Transfer

Paul Pogba’s presence at Old Trafford has always been a point of contention. Sir Alex Ferguson let the promising youngster go off to Juventus, a move that Manchester United came to regret later on.

Jose Mourinho and the player then had a prolonged spat, which allegedly played a part in the gaffer’s sacking back in December. At the height of their disagreement, it was claimed that Pogba would be sold.
Those rumors were put down initially when the midfield maestro tasted success yet again under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. However, his recent lack of form and Zinedine Zidane being hired at Real Madrid once more has reignited those murmurs.

Now, The Sun reveals that Zidane has given an ultimatum to Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola. The successful gaffer wants to rebuild Madrid’s squad this summer itself, bringing in the likes of Eden Hazard and Pogba. And if the Frenchman decides to sign, it has to be this summer or never again.
Such an ultimatum could really spiral into a domino effect. Manchester United are already slated to spend big in the summer, with Solskjaer promised up to £150 million to bring in reinforcements.

In addition to that, if the club demands upwards of £100 million for Pogba, the Red Devils will also have to swoop in and sign his replacement.
In addition, with the future of David De Gea still uncertain, the club may just benefit from utilizing his potential £80 million sale price as well, with the likes of PSG and Juventus thought to be in the fray.
Add to that the uncertainty surrounding Alexis Sanchez, and United could truly end the summer with over £350 million in their hands to spend, according to the report. Change is coming, and it will be pricey.
