Manchester United Submit A ‘Significant Offer’ For Monaco Starlet
Manchester United have submitted a ‘significant offer’ for Monaco starlet Hannibal Mejbri.
The young midfielder, who has so far earned eight caps for France U16s, is valued tremendously by the Ligue 1 club.
However, the player’s representatives are in the midst of a contract dispute with Monaco, as they believed the five-year deal offered by the club has not been ‘ratified properly’.
If the 16-year-old decides not to sign the aforementioned deal, he will be free to move elsewhere on a free transfer this summer.

Meanwhile, according to RMC‘s latest report, Manchester United are set to take advantage of the situation, and swoop in for the in-demand midfielder.
Having failed to sign Mejbri with an offer back in January, the Red Devils have now submitted a “big offer” for the player. Further, they are also prepared to offer the talent a huge signing-on fee.
The Premier League outfit has been in talks with the teenager’s agents for “several months” now, but the chances of their pursuit ending in success will come down to the manner in which Mejbri’s contract dispute with Monaco concludes.
However, it is being said that the midfielder’s family is keen to “break” the contract with the French outfit, and secure a move elsewhere.
