Paul Pogba Phones Maurizio Sarri – He’s Desperate To Secure Juventus Move
Paul Pogba’s saga has swept the transfer market after he admitted that he was looking for a new challenge and has since been linked to multiple clubs.
It was heavily suggested that the French midfielder wished to move to Real Madrid and that Zinedine Zidane was all for the move.
However, with Los Blancos spending heavily this summer for other names, it was in some doubt whether the Spanish side would be able to fund the high price that United have set for Pogba.
In the midst of conflicting reports about the player’s future, one certainly catches the eye.

Tuttosport claims that Pogba called up Juventus’ new boss Maurizio Sarri, urging the gaffer to sign him this summer. The report in question seemed to indicate that Pogba was ‘desperate’ for the move.
The Juventus link has been a strong one as well and with the sort of players the Old Lady has been poised to sign this window, it is easy to see why the Frenchman may be eager to play for them once more.
The report also adds that while United have no intention to sell him, Pogba is doing his best to push for an exit.

Interestingly, a separate claim seemed to indicate that Juventus wouldn’t sign Pogba if they manage to acquire Matthijs de Ligt and Adrien Rabiot in the coming days.
With the latter fulfilling their midfield requirements and that too as a free agent, it is easy to see why the Italian giants may be less inclined to spend the enormous amount.
Most reports since the ‘new challenge’ comments seem to paint a highly frustrated Pogba who is willing to go to great lengths at sealing an exit.
At the same time, even if United are eager on retaining him, is a player seeking an exit the kind of player that Old Trafford needs? Hazard 2.0, potentially.
