Paul Pogba will be handing in a transfer request on Friday.

The star midfielder has been heavily linked with an Old Trafford exit, with a move to Juventus as well as Real Madrid on the cards.

The Spanish giants have been the frontrunners in this pursuit all along, with Zinedine Zidane just as eager as Pogba to see this transfer successfully materialise.

The French tactician has made it clear that Pogba would be the ideal midfield signing for his team, and now, Los Blancos are said to be preparing a new offer for the player.

According to Marca, the Galacticos are eager to include Gareth Bale in a deal to sign Paul Pogba from Manchester United.

The Red Devils have been reluctant to negotiate the sale of their talisman so far, despite agent Mino Raiola traveling to Manchester twice to convey his client’s intentions to secure an exit.

Real Madrid’s directors have also tried to establish a line of contact with the English club, but they have only been greeted with silence.

But now, Pogba himself is expected to get the talks going, by officially handing in a transfer request as soon as he returns to pre-season training come Friday.

However, it still remains to be seen whether the Mancunian giants approve of the transfer request, and effectively agree to sell their prized asset.
