Axel Tuanzebe Could Leave United After The Arrival Of Harry Maguire
Newcastle United have expressed an interest in signing Axel Tuanzebe on loan.
Having enjoyed a stellar loan spell at Aston Villa last season, Tuanzebe appears all set to enjoy his breakthrough campaign at Old Trafford this term.
However, Manchester United have been unable to ship off any of their non-preferred centre-backs in the ongoing summer window, and to add to it, one more central defender is expected to arrive before deadline day.
The crowded centre-half department could effectively lead to Tuanzebe getting loaned out yet again, especially now that a Premier League club has shown interest in his services.

According to the Daily Mail, the 21-year-old has landed on Steve Bruce’s transfer wishlist, as the Newcastle boss wishes to strengthen his side’s backline.
Bruce remains a huge fan of the England Under-21 international – in fact, he was the one who recruited Tuanzebe whilst at the helm of Villa Park last season.

The report adds that Manchester United will only allow Tuanzebe to depart if they succeed in bringing in a defensive reinforcement.
Therefore, it appears that this deal hinges heavily on Harry Maguire’s arrival from Leicester City. The 26-year-old Englishman continues to be persistently pursued by the Red Devils.
