Twitter Reacts As Alexis Sanchez Leaves Man Utd To Join Inter Milan

Manchester United have announced Alexis Sanchez has joined Inter Milan on a season-long loan.

The deal that will run until 30 June 2020 does not include an option for Inter to sign the Chilean winger permanently.

However, considering Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s trust in youngsters like Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial, Daniel James and Mason Greenwood, it seems likely that Sanchez will not play for the Red Devils again and may end up joining the Serie A side permanently next summer if he manages to impress Antonio Conte.

In his disastrous 18 month spell at Old Trafford the former Arsenal man managed only 5 goals in 45 appearances in the number 7 shirt.

In addition to not making an impact, his high wages also prompted the likes of David De Gea to seek parity with his package in their demands for a new contract.
