Mason Greenwood Is The Youngest United Player To Score 10 Goals Since 1984
Manchester United have successfully knocked out Tranmere Rovers in the 4th round of FA Cup, showing great potential in the Cup fixtures. The Mancunians dazzled the supporters by registering six goals, the last of which was a penalty converted by Mason Greenwood.
With the goal, the teenager took his goal tally to double figures this season and became the youngest Manchester United player to score 10 goals for the club since Norman Whiteside in 1984, 36 years ago.
Adding more glitter to his record, only 13 of his 34 appearances for the club was from the start of the matches. The young asset has been performing well for the Premier League side this season and he deserves all the praises he’s been receiving.

Often compared to Robin van Persie, the 18-year-old began his career as a midfielder, eventually transforming into a solid forward. Although the youngster has not accomplished that much from the English club, he is a storehouse of a variety of abilities. Furthermore, his style of play has been precise and controlled, having a strategical resemblance to Solskjaer.
Nevertheless, the United no.26 had enough potential and had showcased phenomenal performances in his appearances this season to deserve the chance he was presented with in the FA Cup fixture.
Hopefully, the wonderkid would keep his form up throughout this season in order to help his side get their hands on the FA Cup and preferably a Champions League spot in the Premier League.
