Players Reaction To Rashford’s Tremendous Free Kick Against Chelsea
Manchester United saw an all-time spectacular goal from Marcus Rashford when they won 2-1 to Chelsea in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday.
The Englishman, who turns 22 on Thursday, was fiery in his penalty and shushed the critics who were aghast at his miss on Sunday against Norwich City.
However, his moment of brilliance during the game came through a different source as he netted a beautiful free-kick in the 73rd minute, slotting the ball into the top left-hand corner of the net, away from the keeper’s reach.
This was a goal that many heralded for its brilliance, with comparison to Cristiano Ronaldo’s 2008 Portsmouth goal being made most of all.

Words failed David De Gea and he would have certainly wished he was one the pitch to get a personalized view of the goal from the other end.
