No Deal: Man United To Snub Mourinho As They Still See Giggs As Their Next Manager
While Inter Milan director Bedy Moratti revelead that the former Chelsea manager will go to Manchester United, Simon Mullock from the Mirror believes Ryan Giggs is still leading the way.
Football Insider has claimed that the Portuguese manager has agreed a lucrative three year deal with Manchester United, which will see him earn a cool £16m-a-season. However, other sources close to the Special One suggest that nothing has yet been agreed by the former Chelsea boss.
However, according to The Daily Mirror, the former Inter Milan boss won’t be in the dugout at Old Trafford next season, and Ryan Giggs is the man to take the Premier League giants out of their current slump.

In his latest article, Simon Mullock has written that United will continue with their long-term succession plan to replace Louis van Gaal with Ryan Giggs, because the United hierarchy believes that Mourinho is not the right man to take over the club’s managerial position.
A Manchester United inside source was quoted as saying: “Appointing Mourinho would only paper over the cracks. The club has a long-term plan that they intend to stick to.”
Back in April 2015, Van Gaal stated on multiple occasions that Ryan Giggs would be his replacement, and The Daily Mirror also believe that Manchester United will honour the promises they made to Ryan Giggs when he agreed to become Louis van Gaal’s assistant in 2014.
