Manchester United Confident On Completing Pogba Transfer
Manchester United are confident of signing Paul Pogba from Juventus this summer, according to Manchester Evening News.
In Jose Mourinho’s first ever press conference as Manchester United boss, the Special One revealed that he has identified four transfer targets for four different positions to balance the United squad and improve its quality.
Out of the four targets, United have officially completed signing two, viz. Eric Bailly (a defender) & Zlatan Ibrahimovic (a striker), and are on the verge of signing Henrikh Mkhitaryan (a CAM/Winger), thus leaving one central midfielder.

And as per numerous reports, the fourth signing is believed to be none other than their youth academy graduate Paul Pogba.
Pogba left United in 2012 after falling out with Sir Alex Ferguson due to limited first team opportunities. The Frenchman joined Juventus, where he has enjoyed enormous success so far, having won four league titles in all the four seasons he has spent in Turin.
The midfielder, however, looks set to leave the Serie A this summer, and is being linked with transfers to various clubs, including a return to his boyhood club Manchester United.

As per Manchester Evening News, United are confident of striking a deal with Juventus over Pogba’s transfer, and there seem to be no issues between the two clubs over the amount of the transfer fee. In fact, a source from MEN has revealed that Pogba would ‘happily go to United,’ giving Jose Mourinho a major boost.
Furthermore, the France international’s agent Mino Raiola is also looking to complete a hat-trick of deals with the English giants, after two of his biggest clients – Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Henrikh Mkhitaryan – have already agreed to join the Red Devils.

Pogba’s twin brothers and his mother will also have a significant impact on his decision, as Pogba’s mother, who resides in Roissy-en-Brie, travels every six weeks to watch her son, and Paul’s brother, Mathias, plays for Partick Thistle – only three-and-a-half hours away from Manchester.
