Moyes Keen To Sign Keane
Manchester United’s former academy star Will Keane has been linked with a move away from the club this summer.
According to the Sun, newly appointed Sunderland manager David Moyes is interested in signing the Englishman.
The Manchester born youngster has been at United since he was 11 years old. Will, along with his twin brother Michael, progressed through the ranks at Manchester United.
The youngster has represented England in the U16, U17, U19, U20 and U21 levels. He debuted for United U18s in 2007. He made his first team debut on 31st December 2011 in a 3-2 loss to Blackburn Rovers.
David Moyes, the former Manchester United manager, is famous for developing talented youngsters. With him getting the Sunderland job this week, he would be looking to make additions to the Sunderland squad which barely survived relegation.

According to the Sun, Manchester United boss José Mourinho is happy with having Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial as his striking options, ahead of Will Keane. They also state that certain club sources have estimated Will Keane’s price to be £6.5m, including add-ons.
The Sun also states that there are other clubs after the 23-year-old striker, and the list also includes Premier League club Stoke City.
Will Keane currently is in China on a pre-season tour with the rest of the squad. He scored the opening goal against Wigan in the first pre-season friendly, after Mata intercepted a poor pass by Wigan Athletic’s goalkeeper.
