Pogba Takes A Dig At Press With Instagram Posts
Paul Pogba has taken to Instagram to mock the press, as his proposed move to Manchester United drags on.
The midfielder is currently on holiday in America, but that hasn’t stopped the press from speculating and claiming that a deal has been done.
In his two latest posts on the social media website, Pogba has taken direct aim at French paper L’Equipe, who claimed that the midfielder had already undergone a medical in LA – the rumour the player chose to make fun of.
In the first of two images, Pogba poses in front of the Universal Studios sign, captioning the post: ‘breaking news: Pogba undergoes medical check in Universal Studios amusement park California #tweetcommelequipe #Imonholidays #nimportequoi’
In the second image, the 23-year-old is seen holding an orange paper in his hand while walking through the amusement park, captioning the image: ‘news: we catch Pogba with his contract in Universal Studios LA amusement park #tweetcommelequipe #Imonholidays #nonsense’

Social media has played an active part in the Pogba to United saga, with Juventus seeming to openly mock Pogba on Twitter. The club then chose to leave the Frenchman out of their new Twitter header, leading some fans to believe this as a confirmation that he will not be a part of the club once the new season kicks off.
Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola also took to Twitter to confirm that no agreement had been reached between the two clubs for the transfer of the player, and hit out at journalists, referring to them as parrots.
This will serve as an annoyance to United fans, who anxiously await the arrival of their prodigal son.
