Six Of FIFA 17’s Top 10 Players Revealed
As the launch of the new FIFA 17 approaches, the excitement among football fans is increasing.
FIFA’s developers EA have been gradually releasing the list of top players in the game. They have finally revealed the names and overalls of six of the top ten players.
Here are the names:
10) David de Gea
OVR- 90
The Manchester United custodian is the second highest rated keeper in the game. He had an excellent 2015-2016 season and was voted Manchester United’s player of the year for the third time in three years.
He finished 2nd in the race for the golden glove, and has deservedly been given a +4 increase to his overall.
9) Robert Lewandowski
OVR- 90
Robert Lewandowski is the third highest rated striker in the game. He’s coming off a successful campaign for Bayern Munich, where he fired them to a Bundesliga title.
With 87 shooting, 85 dribbling and 82 physical on his FUT card, he promises to be a beast in the game. Opposition defenders better beware of him.
8) Jerome Boateng
OVR- 90
Boateng is the highest rated defender in the game. He too, like Lewandowski, was an integral part of Bayern Munich’s title winning campaign.
With 79 pace, 90 defending and 85 physical on his FUT card, it’s going to be really difficult for opposition players to get past him. He has received a +3 increment as compared to the previous game.
7) Zlatan Ibrahimovic
OVR- 90
The former PSG and current Manchester United striker was the top scorer of the French league last season and helped PSG win the Ligue 1 title.
Age simply doesn’t seem to affect this man. He has 90 shooting and 85 dribbling with 4 star skill moves on his FUT card.
6) Gareth Bale
OVR- 90
The Welsh winger had a successful season with Real Madrid and won the Champions League.
Bale has received a +3 increment to his overall from the previous version of the game. He has an incredible 94 pace and a 86 shooting combined with his 86 dribbling. With these stats, he’s going to blow the opposition fullbacks away.
5) Manuel Neuer
OVR- 92
Manuel Neuer won the Bundesliga with Bayern Munich. His performances justified his title of the best goalkeeper in the world.
With an overall of 92, Manuel Neuer is the highest rated keeper in FIFA 17. With 89 diving and 89 reflexes, he’s going to be a brick wall.
4) Luis Suarez
OVR- 92
Suarez was instrumental in Barcelona’s La Liga victory last season. He has established himself as the best striker in the world.
Luis Suarez has been given a +2 increment in FIFA 17. With 87 dribbling, 90 shooting, along with 4 star weak foot and skill moves, he’s going to be really difficult for opposition defences to contain.
