Raiola Calls Klopp A Piece Of S*** For His Mistreatment Of Balotelli

Mino Railoa has hit out at Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp for his poor treatment of Mario Balotelli.

The Italian striker was frozen out at Liverpool by Klopp, who deemed him surplus to requirements due to his woeful attitude on and off the pitch.

Balotelli signed for Liverpool in 2014, but flopped spectacularly at the club, as his attraction to off the field controversies derailed his career in England.

He signed for the Reds in a £16 million deal from former Italian club AC Milan, but has only found the back of the next once in the Premier League.

His move to Merseyside was initially met with people claiming he was a steal at such a low price. However, the striker failed to live up to his billing, and was ordered to train away from the first team by Klopp this summer.

Balotelli even went on a loan deal back to AC Milan, but even in Italy, he returned after having scored only a single goal.

The Italian giants were given a chance to sign the striker on a permanent basis, but happily turned it down, and the 26-year-old put pen to paper for Nice instead.

Balotelli’s agent Mino Raiola has hit out at Jurgen Klopp, saying the German manager treated the controversial Italian like s***.

‘In the end, the higher-ups at Liverpool admitted that Klopp was wrong (to send Balotelli to train with the reserves),’ the agent told Gazzetta dello Sport.

‘I’m not trying to judge him as a coach – although, for me, he’s not a good coach – but he didn’t understand that Balotelli is, whatever else, a person.

‘Mario has been exemplary. He never complained about training alone. To say that it was wrong of Klopp would be an understatement; he was a piece of s*** about it.’
