Brazilian sensation Neymar has revealed that he cannot imagine himself playing at any club other than FC Barcelona.

Neymar left Santos to join Barcelona in the summer of 2013, signing a five-year deal with the Catalan giants. Since joining the La Liga club, he has managed to establish himself as an important part of the team, forming a deadly attacking trio with fellow teammates Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez in the process.

Still only 24, the Brazilian international is already one of the best players in the world. And naturally, his talents have attracted the interest of top clubs from all around Europe.

In fact, he was heavily linked with potential transfers to mammoth teams like Real Madrid, Manchester United, and Paris Saint Germain in the now-concluded 2016 summer transfer window.

As per Neymar’s agent Wagner Ribeiro, however, PSG were the ones leading the race for the forward’s signature, and the French Champions even met with the 24-year-old on two occasions during the course of the summer, but no move materialized.

Neymar was asked about this potential move in a press conference on Thursday, to which he replied: “I don’t see myself away from Barca. It’s not something I’ve pictured yet. I feel like an important part of the team and hopefully I can help them more and more.”

But despite the star man committing himself to the reigning Spanish Champions, he was further asked about the rumours suggesting he was offered a bumper contract by PSG.

His reply: “I cannot confirm that because I don’t like talking about figures. I’ve already said that, yes, I was in talks with many different teams and I chose to stay here, where I feel at home. As I said, I belong to Barca and I’m really happy here.”
