Griezmann Dreams Of Playing For Beckham’s MLS Franchise
With Atletico Madrid’s astonishing success over the years, Antoine Griezmann has also become one of the best attackers in the world right now, and if he chooses to leave the La Liga side – probably after Diego Simeone leaves Atletico – there will be a sensational bidding war to secure the Frenchman’s services.
However, despite so many interests from the European big guns like Bayern Munich, Juventus, and Manchester United, he dreams of a completely different path.
Instead, Griezmann has admitted that it’s his dream to end his career in the MLS, but the 25-year-old has no thoughts of putting an end to his career in Europe just yet, as he blossoms into one of the continent’s major talents.

However, the man who became the top scorer of Euro 2016 already has ambitions of playing for his idol, David Beckham, when the former England captain starts his MLS franchise in Miami.
“I love the States. I want to have an NBA season ticket, and go and watch each game with my children. I already see myself there,” said Griezmann, in an interview, via SBS, whose Atletico contract runs through to 2021.
“I don’t know which city yet, but why not in Beckham’s franchise in Miami. It would be the best to play under Beckham.”

The Atletico Madrid forward has often been linked with a move to Manchester United as a long-time replacement for Wayne Rooney, and his close friendship with Paul Pogba has only intensified the rumours.
But when Beckham does ultimately get his MLS franchise started in Miami, then perhaps his first phone call will be to Griezmann, and not Iker Casillas or Gigi Buffon.
