Real Madrid and their current manager Zidane are not only building a team that is proving tough to beat at the moment in world football, but are side by side also forming a squad that will be one to look out for in the future.

Madrid have further proved this by being on the verge of signing young Swedish star Alexander Isak, as per reports from Marca.

Real Madrid want the player on a 5-year deal, and despite competition from Manchester United, Chelsea, and Juventus as other clubs try lure the player away, they seem to be front runners in grabbing the player’s signature in a matter of few days to come.

Madrid were the ones to go ahead and sensationally sign Martin Odegaard in 2015 amid plenty of fanfare and keep him ready for the future. However, Odegaard’s Real career has stalled, and he recently agreed a six-month loan move to Dutch side Heerenveen.

At the young age of 17, Isak carries the tag of being called the next Zlatan Ibrahimovic due to his stature, goal scoring records and abilities and have already helped him feature 23 times for AIK this season.

The youngster is all set to explore European football, and the possibility of him doing so at the biggest stage might be coming true very soon. With Real Madrid known to play legends like both the Ronaldos, Beckham, Raul, Casillas and many many more, a player like Isak might not think twice before grabbing the opportunity to become part of possibly world football’s best and biggest brand.
