Arsenal Striker Wants To Leave The Club At The End Of The Season
Arsenal striker Lucas Perez wants to leave the Gunners in the upcoming summer – his agent, Rodrigo Fernandez Lovelle, has revealed.
The 28-year-old Spanish striker was annexed to Emirates outfit last summer for a reported fee of £17 million from Deportivo La Coruna, but has failed to live upto the billing and the sole reason being; lack of the first team opportunity.
Despite the lack of opportunities, the former Deportivo man has scored six goals and five assists across all competitions, but is unhappy at the club. Furthermore, a few days back, Il Messaggero reported that the Italian giants AC Milan enquired about the availability of the striker and a move might be on the cards.
Perez, who is under contract with Arsenal until 2020, will cost I Rossoneri a fee of around £14.5 million and Arsenal might not resist to let him go, as the player himself is unhappy with the current situation. And to add further to it, his agent has revealed that Perez wants to leave the club and has further fueled the speculation of AC Milan’s link:
“He hasn’t received any offer yet,” Lovelle told Italian outlet calciomercato.com.
“If Lucas leaves London – and he will leave because he’s had no chance with [Arsene] Wenger – he wants to go and play for a big club like Arsenal.

“Milan is a great club and he likes them very much, even if we’ve never talked with the Rossoneri hierarchy.
“Look, the truth is that Lucas wants to leave at all costs and is not happy at Arsenal, he hasn’t settled and hasn’t had a chance to play and show what he can do.
“No matter who is the manager in the future, we want to go. The player must have the chance to play.”
The Emirates outfit will be one of the busiest clubs in the summer, as the future of Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez is still hanging in the middle of nowhere. But the main issue for them would be the probable departure of Arsene Wenger, as the Frenchman’s contract is about to expire at the end of the season and no talks about the same have initiated.
