Clubs On Alert As AS Monaco Prepare To Let Star Defender Leave
AS Monaco put Premier League clubs on high alert as they put one of their prized possessions on sale this summer.
The French outfit are currently the top goals scorers for clubs in the top-5 leagues in Europe and they have been exceptional in every aspect of the game this season.
Monaco have a decent chance to beat PSG to the title this campaign but the manager is already started planning for life next season. He is set to spend on star players to add to the already impressive squad at the Stade Louis and this might see him let quite a few stars leave this summer.
A number of star players have been linked with an exit recently but one player that is sure to leave the club at the end of the season is full-back Djibril Sidibe. The 24-year old has been one of the many star performers for the French outfit this season but he up for sale this summer.

According to reports from French news outfit L’Equipe, the player has spoken to the club officials and his manager and is now ready to move out of France this summer. This will seen a number of Premier League clubs scout for him from now to the end of the season.
Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United have all been linked with a move for Sidibe this summer but it is understood that Pep Guardiola, who was beaten by the French outfit out of the Champions League, is in pole position for his signature.
Manchester City are likely to lose one or more of Pablo Zabaleta, Gael Clichy, Bacary Sagna and Aleks Kolarov and with Monaco confident that they already have a replacement in Almamy Traore this move could happen before the start of the next season.
