Chelsea Willing To Offload Willian In Summer
Chelsea winger Willian is willing to consider his situation at Stamford Bridge this summer as Antonio Conte may well listen to suitable transfer offers for the rumoured Manchester United target, according to reports.
The Brazilian has recently identified as a surprise summer target for the Manchester giants, with former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho being a big admirer of the player.
And latest reports have suggested Mourinho is pondering over a move for Willian alongside Tottenham’s Toby Alderweireld in an ambitious double raid on the London rivals.
The Daily Telegraph now claim that Chelsea fear they will have to take a final call on the 28-year-old’s future at the end of the season after his recent lack of regular first-team action.
Antonio Conte has favoured Pedro over Willian on the right-hand side of his front three this season on a regular basis, despite doing his best to rotate the two. This has apparently left Willian no other choice but to consider his situation at Stamford Bridge at the end of the campaign.

Manchester United will hope this gives them the boost they need to secure the deal to complete a reunion of Mourinho and the winger at Old Trafford.
Conte will need a much larger team next season. Part of his Premier League success this year has been helped by the club’s lack of European football. Next year, Chelsea won’t have that luxury. They will need to deal with the rigors of Champions League action.
And here comes an additional squad rotation a big necessity. Given the fact that Willian already has 24 Premier League appearances on his belt, it’s very likely he’ll play even more next year. Selling a Brazilian player capable of making meaningful Premier League starts seems isn’t a good move.
There’s also a strong possibility that Hazard and Pedro won’t enjoy outstanding seasons for the second year in a row. If either of them suffers a dip in form or picks up injury then Willian suddenly becomes a necessity.

Chelsea should strive to keep Willian, especially because of its Championship obligations next season. He has sublime set piece skills and superb in counter-attacking. He’s definitely a must-keep player…
