Neymar Knows United Are Ready To Trigger His €200m Release Clause

Jose Mourinho is rumoured to be desperate to bring Neymar to Old Trafford by meeting his colossal release clause.
Neymar has been promised that Manchester United are ready to use the buy-out option on him. The Premier League club are super keen on the Barcelona superstar, as they see him as the perfect replacement for the injured Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who is out for the rest of 2017.
According to Duncan Castles of Daily Record, Neymar has told his friends that both Manchester United and Chelsea have asked the Brazilian if he would push for an exit from the Camp Nou. Jose Mourinho has gone a step ahead by promising the tricky winger that all his salary demands will be met, and United will even trigger his €200m release clause, if required.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic was a crucial part of Jose Mourinho’s plans for the next campaign, but his long term injury has forced the hand of the Portuguese manager.
Antoine Griezmann is another name on Mourinho’s radar, as Manchester United look to bring in two of the biggest names from La Liga to play for them.
The Red Devils are expected to put club legend Rooney for sale in order to secure the finances and cut down on the losses. Wayne Rooney is the second highest paid footballer in the Premier League, despite being regularly out of playing eleven lately.
Even if Manchester United meet the release clause of Neymar, it would be interesting to see if the Brazilian could believe in the project at the Theatre of Dreams to ditch the mighty Barcelona. Recently, top players like Di Maria, Schweinsteiger, and Depay have gone there and failed.
