Kylian Mbappe ended up exciting many Manchester United fans on Thursday night, by liking one of Marcus Rashford’s Instagram posts yet again.

Manchester United secured their place in the UEFA Europa League final after they drew 1-1 with Celta Vigo on Thursday’s, during their second leg semi-final tie, to secure a 2-1 aggregate win.

It’s not a surprise that Jose Mourinho and United fans gathered at the stadium were exultant at the final whistle, but there was an unlikely person in  Kylian Mbappe, who also apparently enjoyed United’s Europa League success on Thursday night.

After the game, United striker Marcus Rashford took to Instagram to express his happiness at reaching another final –  his third after last year’s FA Cup and this year’s EFL Cup.

Rashford’s post drew the attention of Mbappe, and the 18-year-old was quick to like the post, leading many United fans to believe that Old Trafford is likely to be his next destination.

There is no denying that his activity on Instagram is up for debate, but this wasn’t the first time that the fans have spotted a secret bromance between Rashford and Mbappe. In fact, the Frenchman has been keeping an eye on Rashford’s social media activity recently, and the England striker too, liked many of Mbappe’s Instagram posts.

Mbappe is on the radar of almost every top club in Europe, thanks to his exploits for Monaco in Ligue 1 and the Champions League this season. The teenage sensation has scored 25 goals in all competitions, helping Leonardo Jardim’s side reach the Champions League semi-final and putting them on the verge of clinching the Ligue 1 title.

Manchester United are thought to be one of the interested clubs in the France international, as Jose Mourinho is a huge admirer of Mbappe, and there’s speculation that the Red Devils will rival Real Madrid for his signature this summer.
