Roma Set A Hefty Price Tag On Radja Nainggolan
AS Roma find themselves in a tricky situation, as they are currently running a race against the clock, as they look to make at least £30 million through selling players by the 30th of June in order to respect the Fifa Financial Fair Play rules.
With desperation looming large, a few names might be heading out of Rome pretty soon, with winger, Mohamed Salah, being the most likely.
However, another man that has been keenly tracked, closely watched and highly praised by clubs like Chelsea, Manchester United, and Inter Milan, is midfielder Radja Nainggolan.
The central midfielder is one of the finest players at the club at the moment, and his lethal abilities are highly sought after by a number of European powerhouses.
This attraction brings a chance for Roma to make some money, and as reported by Calciomercato, the club seem to demand a minimum of €50 million for their star man.
With the amount of cash that is spent on professionals these days and the ridiculous wage demands made by players, €50m might be a sum many clubs will easily put on the table for a player of Nainggolan’s calibre.
However, the Serie A side will be awaiting the conclusion of the Salah episode, and his future will determine what happens with Nainggolan. The Belgian international bagged 16 goals and 8 assists last season, and has the ability to pick passes, stay aggressive and play with a fire, which not many others possess.
The other teams involved eagerly await Roma’s decision on their midfielder as well, but a huge amount of incoming money is a guarantee if they do wish to sell.
